Clarence is a man of strong faith. He serves as a member of the Chaplin team in the Milwaukee County Jail and House of Correction, and has shared inspirational messages in prisons throughout the state of WI for the past 18 years. He teaches relapse prevention and addiction education in organizations like
Clarence is an energetic conference host that is able to stimulate his audience with relevant information, humor, and testimonies that are both thought provoking and soul-searching. From his long personal history as an addict and inmate, Clarence enables you to view addiction from the inside out. He has been married for 18 years and partners with his wife, Pamela, to provide marriage and spiritual counseling to individual and families. They have raised 4 children and are blessed to share 9 grandchildren. They attribute the success of their blended family to a strong faith in God and commitment to family values.
Clarence has received numerous service awards from respected government, community and organizational leaders. He was recognized as a faithful servant by the Christian Stewardship Foundations and received an excellence award from the Wisconsin Association of Alcohol and Drug Addiction (WAAODA) and similiar commendations from several other community organizations.

Pamela A. Johnson, Vice President and co-pastor of ACTS Outreach Ministries, Inc. received a bachelor degree in Management, Communications and Criminal Justice and a masters degree in management from
Pamela has served in both corporate and nonprofit management for over 22 years and specializes in organizational and total quality management. She faithfully served in the United States Army Reserves.
Pamela, a member of BFWC, was transformed through Christ in November of 1989 where she was freed from cocaine addiction, the impact of alcoholism in the family structure, and the many issues common to teenage pregnancy, homelessness, and sexual abuse. She credits the life saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and accountability to that faith for her years of abundant life.
Pamela also serves as a volunteer in the Milwaukee County Jail. She is the executive director of Assoc. Counseling and Training Services.
